Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing is an international author, speaker and theologian who addresses the deep questions of our day with meaningful answers found in the Christian Faith. She is the author of multiple books including ‘Where is God in All the Suffering?’ (runner up Michael Ramsay Prize, 2023), bestselling ‘Why Trust the Bible?’ and ‘Mary’s Voice: Advent Reflections to Contemplate the Coming of Christ.’ Over the last twenty five years, Amy has spoken in 40 countries as a public advocate for the Christian faith including public lectures and open forums on university campuses, as a broadcaster on TV and radio, and addressing Politicians and Parliamentarians in the Speakers Rooms and Chapel at the UK Parliament and staffers on Capitol Hill and the West Wing of The White House. Amy speaks about how theology connects with the deepest questions of life. In 2023, Amy was awarded the Alphege Medal for Evangelism and Witness by the Archbishop of Canterbury. She previously served as President of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics and is now Honorary Lecturer at the School of Divinity, University of Aberdeen, Distinguished Scholar at Wheaton College Illinois and Theologian in Residence at Saint in Hackney, London.

She is the author of multiple books and over the last twenty five years, has travelled extensively giving talks and answering questions across university campuses, businesses, banks, churches and conferences. She is a regular presenter on TV, radio and podcasts, and has addressed politicians in the Speakers Rooms and Chapel at the UK Parliament, on Capitol Hill, and West Wing staff at the White House. She holds a doctorate in Theology from the University of Oxford and is passionate in exploring the intersection of questions of meaning and faith within the marketplace, in education and in policy making. Leadership Program Bio
Dr Amy Orr-Ewing is an international author, speaker and theologian who addresses the deep questions of our day with meaningful answers found in the Christian Faith. She is passionate about the intersection of questions of meaning and faith with the marketplace, education, leadership and policy making and has nearly 25 years experience working in the field of public theology. During that time Amy has pioneered as a female leader in many settings, and has co-created global initiatives including REBOOT (for young people) and Festival of Thought (in corporate spaces). Her book ‘Lead Like the Real You’ releases August 2024. Amy has led international teams of Christian speakers and thinkers and has launched various women’s leadership initiatives within the church and workplace. Amy regularly address leadership teams and conferences where she draws on her extensive experience and insights to coach leaders including The Leadership Conference, ARC The Alliance for Responsible Citizenship, The European Leadership Forum and many denominational leadership conferences around the world.
